My friend Jenny came up with this recipe for my boys. I think I like them better than traditional GSD unfriendly cupcakes. Thank you Jenny!
2 ½ c flour
2/3 c Splenda
1 ½ t. baking powder
½ t. salt
2 eggs
1 c water
½ c canola oil
